Day 1
Arrive Cape Town
Arrive in Cape Town, where we’ll meet you on arrival and transfer you to your hotel, affectionately known as Mt Nellie. At the foot of Table Mountain, and walking distance of Company’s Garden, this exquisitely restored colonial hotel was painted pink over 100 years ago.

Day 2
Cape Town
After breakfast, meet up with your fellow travellers and tour director for a welcome briefing before you head out to discover the charms of the city. Built by Dutch colonialists, stop at the Castle of Good Hope for a tour of this historic pentagonal fortress, the oldest colonial building in South Africa. Afterwards, board the aerial cableway to the top of Table Mountain. This evening, delve into Cape Town’s dining scene as you enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 3
Cape Town, Cape Peninsula
After breakfast this morning, journey along the spectacular coastal Chapman’s Peak Drive to Cape Point. En route, take in the South African beach scenery, its quaint villages and the ‘tip’ of Africa, Cape Point, before continuing on to Simon’s Town for lunch. Nearby is Boulders Beach, where you might see a colony of penguins, before returning to your hotel.

Cape Town, Stellenbosch
Choose how to spend your morning with a number of sightseeing options on offer. Afterwards, head for the oak-shaded streets of Stellenbosch, one of South Africa’s most well-known wine regions, for the remainder of the day. Here, let the town’s tremendous history, character and charm unfold before you, with magnificent mountains forming the perfect backdrop.

Today you will fly to Johannesburg, where you’ll stay overnight in preparation for your flight to Victoria Falls in the morning.
